WellSpan Surgery & Rehabilitation Hospital

This hospital was a significant expansion to WellSpan’s Apple Hill Medical Center Campus. SDC was instrumental in the design and development of outdoor rehabilitation facilities, including a healing garden and recreational features, as well as the site’s landscape plan.

Fresenius Kidney Care

Construction is complete on a new 8,000 SF medical center in Newberry Township, York County. SDC consulted with the developers to bring this dialysis center to the Newberry Commons shopping center where this life saving service and treatment will be more convenient to the people of York and Cumberland Counties!

WellSpan Aspers M.O.B.

New 28,000 s.f. medical office building built to provide expanded medical services to this Adams County, PA community. The project was designed and approved for building and parking expansions that will enable WellSpan to serve the area for many years to come.

Willow Valley Medical Center

Two story 70,000 s.f. medical office project, located in the 22 acre Willow Valley Lakes business center. The completed facility addresses a local demand for medical office space that will serve the extensive Willow Valley Retirement and Residential Communities, as well as the region south of the City of Lancaster.

YorkTowne Medical Centre

Three level medical facility consisting of 137,940 s.f. total building area, paved access drives, parking areas, stormwater management collection, conveyance and underground detention/infiltration facilities. SDC’s work included the landscaping and lighting plans. The site is located off of Freedom Way in York Township, York County.
