SDC is pleased to announce the addition of Dwayne Hake to our growing team! Dwayne has over 13 years of experience in the land development industry and will join our team as a Project Designer. Dwayne is an advocate for technology and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends in CAD and beyond. Currently residing in Windsor Township, Dwayne spends his spare time playing his acoustic guitar, making various flavors of wine, and riding his Harley Davidson Sportster. He also enjoys spending time with his family and attending sporting events. Dwayne is a dedicated PSU, Orioles, Redskins, and Penguins fan. Join us in welcoming Dwayne to the firm!

Construction at L’Oreal’s distribution center expansion in East Manchester Township is complete! SDC is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Shanko to our growing team! Chris has worked in the field of land surveying for over 19 years and has become a technical and field work expert. He’s worked on notable projects such as the Holtwood Dam Hydroelectric Power Plant Expansion and United Airlines’ Gate Standardization Project. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and two sons, Ryan and Zachary. He also is an avid sports fan and loves the Green Bay Packers and Notre Dame Fighting Irish football teams. He also coaches his son Zachary’s basketball team. Join us in welcoming Chris to the firm!

SDC's Tom Englerth, Adam Anderson, and Scott DeBell presented a Wake Up Session at the The Manufacturers' Association titled "Site Planning to Meet your Future Facility and Operations Needs." Attendees learned about the importance of feasibility studies, planning for a site that accommodates your needs, master planning, timing, as well as other important considerations when planning an expansion or new construction.
