Does your current Project have a PAG-02 General NPDES Permit currently in place? If so, please note that it is set to expire on Dec. 7, 2024! A Draft of the new PAG-02 General Permit that would become effective on December 8, 2024 has been posted to DEP’s eLibrary: https://greenport.pa.gov/elibrary/GetFolder?FolderID=1059175. However, DEP does not anticipate having the streamlined renewal NOI finalized and available until at least September 2024. This will leave a very short timeframe for Permittees to submit their renewal Notice of Intent (NOI) and for the District to process and issue the permit renewals.
