An existing printing and communications facility needed an expansion of their 20,000 SF facility. SDC’s role was in the subdivision and land development process for the building expansion and related site improvements; those of which included two additional tractor trailer loading areas, and ample area for maneuvering of those vehicles in the rear of the building. Stormwater management improvements were required as part of the building addition as well, which included an additional above ground basin to supplement the existing above ground basin.
