SDC was contracted with a goal to complete the construction of a 45,000 sf building addition to accommodate Bickel’s Snack Foods’ growing company before Bickel’s lease on another site ended.

The Project’s consolidation subdivision resulted in two (2) primary uses, Bickel’s existing facility and another primary use, being located on a single parcel, which would have created a non-conforming lot. SDC assisted the Owner’s attorney to develop and implement a compromise with all parties to avoid a zoning relief hearing and delay of final plan approval.
