The Project included lot layout, site design, consultation, and approvals for over thirty single family residential lots and associated infrastructure including streets, curbing, sidewalks, site grading, landscaping, and stormwater management facilities. The Project’s design also included over 2,000 LF of new street and sanitary sewer extensions to connect the development to existing sanitary sewers.
The Site is adjacent to an existing wedding venue and golf course, which falls under the same ownership as Regents’ Glen. SDC laid out the single-family lots and stormwater management facilities of Box Hill Estates in order to maximize sweeping views from the out-door wedding venue. The Project’ stormwater management design included rain gardens on the adjacent golf course as a creative way to maximize building lots, enhance the golf course, while meeting stormwater management requirements.
SDC consulted the Client through the design and approval process to develop one of the largest remaining parcels of land in Spring Garden Township.
