The Children’s Home of York is a non-profit organization focused on empowering children to thrive and strengthening families. In an effort to enhance the campus environment and provide resources for its population, C.H.O.Y. partnered with SDC in the design and planning of a proposed playground.

SDC facilitated a campus engagement survey and developed a list of playground supply catalogs for use in a schematic planning process for the playground. In collaboration with a larger multi-disciplinary design team, playground specialists and construction estimators, our team developed permit drawings and budget pricing for the improvements.
