This Project, completed for Kinsley Properties, included an expansion of the former Green’s Dairy Warehouse facility for Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania’s new operations facility. The project included a building addition, expansion of the existing parking facilities, access drives, and storage yard. New stormwater management facilities with water quality measures were designed as part of the PCSM Plans for the project.
