These adjacent communities consist of 434 total condominium units designed for the over 55, active, adult lifestyle with landscaped buffer yards, streetscapes, sidewalks, passive recreational areas, and community centers. The project design included accesses onto PennDOT roadways, wet ponds, stormwater collection, conveyance, and detention facilities as well as extensions of public sanitary sewage disposal and water supply services.
