SDC worked closely with the developer to transform the property, which originally featured a single-family house, into a medical office clinic. The site is zoned commercial, however SDC needed to take the adjacent residential property into consideration. To address this challenge, site layouts, including building placement and parking configuration, as well as ample buffer yards along the rear lot line were designed to alleviate impact on connecting properties. In addition to the building and access improvements, this site included subsurface stormwater management and a bioretention basin.
