Kinsley Properties engaged SDC to assist their Client, Gettle Inc., to expand an existing industrial facility in Manchester Township for their new home. The design’s major challenge was accommodating their Client’s needs on an already built-out site.

SDC’s design included a new 4,000 s.f. storage building and new parking areas on the north side of the tract. The site’s improvements also required the addition of new on-site stormwater management facilities to manage the increased impervious areas and a new access drive.

SDC was able to create a functional design incorporating both Gettle’s needs and those of the municipality.
