Greenleigh is a villa development located within the Regents’ Glen community. Greenleigh’s design features 25 two story villas and associated improvements including parking areas, access drives, utility connections, site grading, landscaping, and various stormwater management facilities designed to meet requirements while maximizing building area.
The project required a zoning variance for exceeding the maximum allowable pavement coverage in the development. SDC worked closely with the Township’s Zoning Officer to obtain the variance, which allowed the developers to obtain the required density to allow the project to come to fruition.
An additional project challenge was the site’s grading. The grading was designed to accommodate excess material from an adjacent development site under construction by the same owner to help minimize overall earthwork costs for the two projects.
