This land development project consists of a five story, Home2 Suites by Hilton containing 107 rooms stocked with extended stay essentials and featuring amenities such as an on-site convenience store and business center. SDC accommodated the site’s irregular shape by designing a wrap around parking lot as well as buffer yards adjacent to Pauline Drive.
