With the impending I-83/Mt. Rose Avenue Interchange Improvement Project looming, Nello Tire was challenged with reconfiguring their facilities to accommodate the loss of their warehouse and a portion of their property to the state. SDC worked closely with the owners, and architect, Core Design Group, to create a modified and expanded facility that worked within municipal regulations and the I-83 expansion while allowing Nello Tire to continue business operations during construction.
