The Pennsylvania College of Art and Design is a growing college community located in the cities of York and Lancaster. As their enrollment and curriculum continue to grow and the campus looks to implement its strategic plan, we collaborated with their team to partner in the planning and design of a visioning plan for their City of Lancaster Campus.

SDC and its partners worked with the institution to assess their campus, provide insight into strategies for future enhancement, and provide local knowledge and expertise to craft the vision for the future. The plan sought input from key community stakeholders and provides a framework to support the future enrollment needs of the institution while defining a Creative Hub on the 200 Block of N. Prince Street in the City of Lancaster.
