SDC was contracted to provide a landscape design for use in bidding and installing new landscape plantings around the new residence. The process involved providing the client with multiple preliminary hand sketches of the possible landscaping and hardscaping to illustrate options and design concepts for the landscaping proposed around the Client’s new residence.

The client and landscape architect then reviewed the various options provided and chose a full landscape design that includes a planting schedule, planting details, minor site re-grading for landscape berms and to assist with Site surface runoff. This process helped to personalize the approach taken by SDC and meet all of the client’s desires.
