SDC consulted with the developer on the project, which included the demolition of an existing bowling alley redeveloped into a shopping center and associated parking areas. Site challenges included obtaining multiple zoning approvals that required both Special Exception and Conditional Use approvals through the zoning process. SDC also coordinated with PennDOT to acquire necessary permits to design an essential new left-turn-lane into the site, as well as road widening along State Route 72.
