Revi Flats

City of York, York County, PA

  • 0.34 acre site
  • Zoned: CBD, Central Business District

Originally opened in 1913, FW Woolworth Department Store was a mainstay of York, PA’s Central Business District until its closure in the late 1990’s. In 2015, a local developer announced they were granted an $8.75 million New Market Tax Credit from Community First Fund to redevelop the Woolworth Building and other vacant Market Street buildings, including the former Weinbrom Jewelers and Zakies Nightclub buildings.

The multimillion-dollar redevelopment will breathe new life into York’s Central Business District, while maintaining the original charisma of Market Street’s architecture. The final project features restaurant/retail spaces on the first floor, market rate apartments, a nearly 30 car parking area in the rear, and an open air, shared entertainment space for tenants.
