RG Group’s new 23,000 s.f. pre-engineered metal building added to their existing facility which manufactures motion control and fluid handling products.

SDC was engaged to design and permit the expansion on the existing Manchester Township site which was nearly built out with the original facility, access drives, parking, loading areas, and associated site improvements.

To accommodate the large expansion on a constrained site, SDC had to expand an existing shared basin located off-site to manage some of the stormwater from the increased impervious areas in addition to designing a new stormwater basin facility.
