The Project included site design, consultation, and permitting for a 79-unit townhome development as well as associated improvements including parking areas, access drives, utility connections, grading, landscaping, and stormwater management facilities.

Project challenges included obtaining a zoning variance for the amount of pavement coverage as well as a special exception for multiple access points on one frontage. Additional challenges included maximizing building area on a narrow site by utilizing three (3) tiered retaining walls and creating a stormwater design that utilized off-site facilities. Since the Site could not reasonably be designed to balance the earthwork, a nearby development site was designed to accommodate the excess material to help manage construction costs.
