Located on a highly visible intersection along State Route 30, this Site included the redevelopment of three under-utilized parcels into a shared restaurant space and associated parking areas.

Project challenges included consolidating three lots into one parcel, design adjustments to reduce the impact on the adjoining residential neighborhood, securing necessary zoning variances for the building and parking area, and upgrading an outdated street intersection with State Route 30.
