The Town Center at Windsor and Meadow Creek Townhomes is a multi-phased proposed mixed use development located in Windsor Township, PA.

Phase 1 of the Project is proposed to include improvements to, and the realignment of Ruppert Road along with a new roundabout, as well as improvements to Cape Horn Road and the signalized intersection at Belle Road. The Town Center will include the development of various retail, office, health care, and commercial building pad sites, parking areas, internal access drives, and other associated improvements.

The multi-family Phase 2 of the development is slated to include a 100+ parcel subdivision to be known as Meadow Creek Townhomes that will include large open space areas for active and passive community enjoyment.

SDC’s work to date has included zoning consultation for the rezoning that created the commercial portion of the Project, subdivision plan preparation and approvals, layout and schematic planning of recreation areas, which will be dedicated to Windsor Township, master planning for the 150 acre site and submission of preliminary subdivision and land development plans and designs for Meadow Creek Townhomes.
