Selected as the land development consultant for the reconstruction of Thornton Chevrolet, Site Design Concepts was tasked with the challenge of designing a new, expanded automotive sales and service center that had to work around a fully operational dealership during construction.

SDC worked closely with the Thornton team to design larger facilities for the business that worked within municipal regulations, manufacturer’s requirements and design preferences, all while allowing Thornton’s Manchester facility to continue daily operations nearly uninterrupted throughout construction.
