Site Design Concepts has worked with WellSpan through multiple development phases of the Hayshire facility since the early 2000’s. The expanded facility provides new imaging and lab facilities, as well as much needed additional medical office space for this popular practice location. The project’s major design challenge was the risk of sink hole activity, which SDC was able to mitigate through stormwater design that carefully manages infiltration rates.
