This Project Site was very tight with the proposed improvements requested by the Client. SDC was able to reconfigure the Clients prototype, which didn’t fit on the Site, to accommodate the required traffic movement and allow patrons to easily and safely navigate the Site and utilize all the amenities provided to them.

Early on in the Project’s design, shallow limestone was encountered that prohibited standard and required stormwater management infiltration. SDC was able to successfully design and gain PA DEP approval for one of York County’s first Managed Release Concrete (MRC) designs.
