Willow Valley Medical Center, located in the 22-acre Willow Valley Lakes development, addresses local demand for medical office space to serve the extensive Willow Valley Retirement and Residential Communities.

Project design included siting the proposed buildings, access drives, and parking areas within an existing business park, portions of which were demolished in an effort to provide a unified office campus. In addition to two proposed porte cochere building entries, the site design included provisions for loading docks, new and modified parking lots containing over 400 spaces, landscaping improvements, enclosed trash dumpster and mechanical equipment pads, the relocation of an existing sewer, water, gas, electric, and telephone services mains and layout of layout new utility laterals, natural boulder and modular block retaining walls, and the modification of existing stormwater conveyance and management systems. SDC worked closely with the Township staff throughout the design and permitting process to gain a timely approval to meet Willow Valley’s schedule.
