This project involved designing improvements to York County School of Technology’s (YCST) parking lot and bus driveway. SDC used our extensive paving design experience to maximize YCST’s budget allowing them to fix as much of the parking area and access drives as possible. This work was completed on an aggressive schedule so construction could begin at the beginning of summer and be completed in time for the new school year.

The Project included design, bidding, and construction phase services required to rehabilitate YCST’s existing parking lot and access drives located across the front of the School. SDC consulted closely with the school to recommend different solutions for different areas based on the existing use and original construction. This allowed YCST to maximize their limited budget to fix as much paving area as possible.
