The Union Hall property along East Prospect Road has been subdivided to create three commercial/office parcels, each with their own 3,000 – 5,000 SF office building. In addition to the building improvements, site improvements include associated bituminous pervious parking areas, reconstructed access drives, subsurface infiltration beds, bioretention basins, and stormwater conveyance systems. SDC’s services also included final subdivision and land development plans for the property, as well as required site surveys.
