With a foundation in civil engineering from Penn State and early experience in heavy civil construction, Ben brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. Since joining Site Design Concepts in 2016, he has evolved from a design and drafting role into a leader for stormwater design and Environmental permitting, while also driving key internal initiatives like project scheduling, staff utilization, Quality Assurance, and training programs. Now serving as Director of Design, Ben is focused on strengthening team performance and delivering high-quality, thoughtful design solutions for our clients.
