Neal has over three decades of experience in the field of civil engineering. His expertise includes overseeing the preparation and processing of subdivision and land development plans for industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional developments. In his role at Site Design Concepts, Neal focuses on project planning and management, as well as client relations. He has been an essential member of SDC since he joined in 2019.
