Site Design Concepts, Inc. partnered with Kinsley Construction, Inc to complete the design and approval process for the new home of Columbia Gas in York County. The Project was an expansion of the former Green’s Dairy Warehouse in West Manchester Township, York County. SDC’s design expertise coupled with Kinsley Construction’s know-how were a great complement to Columbia Gas’ service to the community. The project includes a 12,200 square foot building addition, parking areas, gravel storage yard, landscaping, and stormwater control facilities. Construction is getting started now.
