SDC was engaged by Core Design Group and West Cecil Health Center to provide consulting services to close out the Project with regulatory agencies. SDC reviewed the construction of the new facility and provided a punch list of outstanding items to be addressed by the contractor.

SDC was also engaged to determine a 100 year storm event flow rate from an existing drainage area tributary to the ESD-1 Pretreatment facility. SDC was able to take information gathered and prepare a design of a new spillway including report calculations and construction details.

Once the spillway was constructed, per Cecil County requirements, SDC inspected and certified the spillway was installed in accordance with the approved design.

West Cecil Health Center also contracted SDC to provide professional surveying, planning, and engineering services for State Highway Administration (SHA) Dedication Plats for the facility including two (2) perpetual drainage easements for stormwater runoff from the SHA roadway onto the Health Center’s property.
