Site Design Concepts worked closely with the developer on the Project design and Site development approvals which revitalized this high-profile, but under-utilized corner in South York.

The original layout of the Site included four (4) different PennDOT entrances, of which three (3) were closed and one (1) was modified into a limited access entrance due to the Site’s proximity to a signalized intersection. Additional access to the Site was achieved by providing a driveway to the existing adjoining property traffic system. SDC adjusted the existing site layout and design to work within PennDOT regulations, while still accounting for the traffic increase that came with the site’s popular new tenants. The new flow of traffic design is safer, more efficient, and easier for customers to navigate.
