SDC was contracted by the Willow Valley Associates for the preparation of an existing site conditions plan, consultation, feasibility assessment, and schematic planning for the proposed conversion of the previously existing Willow Valley Inn & Conference Center into a Hilton Double Tree Hotel / Resort. Our approach involved comprehensive research and analysis, including parcel and property information gathering, evaluation of right-of-way and utility plans, and thorough zoning ordinance reviews in West Lampeter Township.

To supplement existing aerial mapping, we conducted field surveys, crafting precise schematic site plans for proposed Hotel improvements. These improvements included porte cochere replacement, outdoor pool addition, dining room expansion, truck dock modifications, and golf course #8 green relocation. We also prepared a landscape masterplan for the whole facility which was then implemented in multiple phases.
