The Project involved the demolition of a 3,000 sf storage building to make way for a 7,000 sf storage building with an adjacent drum storage/containment area and a propane storage area. The new facility proposed heated offices, which required the building to host a restroom and water and sewer services, as well as security fencing around the area.

SDC provided professional feasibility planning and consultation services for the Project including site research, schematic site plans, and a limited topographic survey to establish the 100-year flood plain elevation on the Project Site and at the proposed building.
