Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, the brand new West Manchester Town Center is taking shape. Demolition of out-moded buildings has been completed making way for a new outdoor plaza and more tenant spaces. An old ring road has been re-designed and re-built and a new roadway now bisects the original building to provide access from front to rear.
