Replacing a 1970s era office building, SDC worked closely with the developer to bring Chipotle to Camp Hill, PA. Project work included site survey, resolution of a property line discrepancy, preparation of land development plans, and negotiation with Camp Hill Borough regarding traffic related issues. The project is located on Trindle Road adjacent to the Camp Hill Shopping Center.
